Asker's next three matches are against teams just behind Asker on top of the table, that means, with victory in these three matches will be very well for Asker to move into first place by the end of the season.
Asker wins the toss in a lovely summer weather and choose to bat first. Khayyam and Israar enters to start the batting. In the second over Khayyam gets catch out and show that he's still out of form. Next batsmen is Qasim and with Israar they get started very well. Qasim with a couple of nice shots and Asker has 50 runs already after 8 overs. There after Qasim gets catch out and then begins "typical" Asker style. Tara, Mehdi, Ali Ahmed and Hashir, all four are told to play calm and pursue ground shots, but once again they are not willing to follow the message. All four come back after "well made 50" .....
Next man is Mirza and he also gets catch out and Ali M follows shortly after. Hamza C gets the same message that all the others did. While others disappointed, Hamza supported Israar for a little while before Israar gets lbw on 48 runs. Hard luck for Israar , but well played boy.
Adnan goes into as next batsmen and then Hamza starts the show. Asker is desperate for runs and Hamza C starts with a couple of nice shots. The boy makes 30 runs in 27 balls but hard luck for him, Adnan gets bowled in the next over. Hamza C, Qasim and Israar rescues Asker after the total collapse of the batting and NTNUI get a target of 163.
A target of 163 should be able to defend, especially with the bowling Asker has. Qasim gets a few important wickets, while Hamza C and Hashir follow. NTNUI losing three wickets and needs a great partnership but it's beginning to look little difficult for NTNUI.
When it really matters, begins Asker losing the control. Poor bowling, bad fielding and NTNUI after a miserable start, things are starting to look brighter for them, thanks Asker itself. Having the match in hand, begins Asker to give it away after losing total 4 catches, two of the catches took NTNUI's batsmen Khan good care of, making 77 runs on 41 balls and makes sure NTNUI win the match by 2 wickets .
